Island of Mindoro outreach to the Mangyan tribal people. In this video we hold a medical and dental mission along with cutting hair, bathing and doing a feeding program.

Part 1 - The most recent school supply program shows the packing of the boxes by our volunteers from the Christian Development Center in Tagaytay before we go on the boat to the Island of Mindoro. You will see us landing on the island and then see the grass roof of the Barahan Mission center. It was raining so Natalie is out on the road getting soaked. Next segment goes to the Mangyan mountain tribe gathering where we are in partnership. We helped rebuild the grass church you will see and gave funds for their first livelihood project to support tribal pastors.

More Children's work on the island of Mindoro.

This Tagaytay Ridge IFF program takes place on the island of Mindoro facing out to the S. China Sea. The indigenous tribes occupy the mountain range through out the island. Here you will find some of the unreached people groups. Our program includes feeding, clothing & toy distribution, livelihood project, and equipping for the 23 pastor / leaders who go to reach the unreached in the mountains.

Part 2 - Continues with the mountain tribal people.. presenting the new chalk board for them as well as other supplies. The FMI Mission Centers are located on the backside of the Island of Mindoro facing out to the South China Sea. Our main Mission Center is in the fishing village of Barahan at the junction of a river flowing into the sea. The second center is strategically located in the middle of 5 different villages and is being used for the village children and youth. This second center is also the new home of our Mountain Tribal Ministry training.

Awarding of school supplies to children on the island of Mindor that have completed a year-long study program with us. They then receive their school-supplies for the coming year after attending a short summer school during vacation.

All year long we have classes for children and youth in the streets, along the riverbanks, in resettlement areas, squatter areas, in public schools, in churches, in urban environments and rural villages. When students complete the year long class FMI awards them their school-supplies for the coming year. This is a real blessing as the families we focus on are the poorest of the poor. In this video you will see our children and youth dancing in the streets and situated along the riverbank while we do the awarding of the supplies.
